A wonderful, beautiful Egyptian art work. Cleopatra (last active ruler of the Ptolemaic Kingdom of Egypt) and Horus. Horus was in Ancient Egyptian, one of the most significant ancient Egyptian deities who served many functions, most notably god of kingship and the sky. He was worshipped from at least the late prehistoric Egypt until the Ptolemaic Kingdom and Roman Egypt. Different forms of Horus are recorded in history and these are treated as distinct gods by Egyptologists.
Papyrus is a material similar to thick paper that was used in ancient times as a writing surface. Papyrus is first known to have been used in Egypt (at least as far back as the First Dynasty), as the papyrus plant was once abundant across the Nile Delta.
